  • Developed a comprehensive content marketing strategy which included persona research and development followed by the creation of a company blog and targeted content map
  • Implemented new photography strategy to better capture products, capabilities and company culture
  • Designed and engineered a new website to highlight the company’s employee ownership, showcase the brand and optimize SEO and user experience
  • Launched an employee recruitment advertising initiative which included radio, billboard, bus advertising, movie commercials, social media campaigns and employee features
  • Wrote and disseminated news releases on major announcements

Results

  • Within a year of launching the employee recruitment, we’ve increased traffic to the Grand River Rubber and Plastics employment page to nearly 10,000 page views and over 8% application submission rate
  • Grand River Rubber and Plastics has increased in their contact database from an initial 316 contacts to over 1,700
  • Established a system for customer data collection that wasn’t previously available to sales and marketing
